Freezing and Thawing System - CRFT

CRFT – because in cryopreservation, every degree counts.

The CRFT system makes biological cryopreservation more precise, controlled, and reproducible—entirely without the use of liquid nitrogen or other cryogens. This innovative system enables exact regulation of freezing and thawing processes, laying the foundation for reliable results in biological research.

Every detail matters, especially during the critical phase of nucleation (seeding). CRFT provides precise control over the entire process, creating optimal conditions for cell recovery after thawing.

Whether it is stem cells, mammalian cells, spermatozoa, antibodies, tissue sections, or rodent organs, CRFT opens up a wide range of possibilities for demanding research applications.

Freezing and Thawing System CRFT

CRFT is an innovative system for controlled cryopreservation that does not require liquid nitrogen or other cryogens. The CRFT system brings accuracy, precision, and reproducibility to biological cryopreservation. The device is ideally suited for research into the cryopreservation of a wide range of materials, including stem cells, mammalian cells, spermatozoa, antibodies, tissue sections, and rodent organs.

Freezing and thawing rates are precisely controlled, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility throughout the entire process—particularly during the critical nucleation (seeding) phase. This enables optimal cell recovery after thawing.

Operation is simple and can be performed with or without a PC; data can be recorded using PC software, and profiles are displayed directly on the PC screen. Various freezing profiles are available via a drop-down menu, and custom profiles can be created using the software's editing function.
