RollerBottle Analog - Bottle Mixer
Flexible roller mixer for bottles in different sizes. With robust roller drive without up and down.
Depending on the size of the bottles, individual rollers can be removed or moved (except drive roller). One roller is the drive roller and is fixed. All other rollers are exchangeable.

Two rollers are installed in the standard version. Further rollers are available as an option.
The force is transferred from the first to the other rollers by contact with the vessels.
The drive roller should be loaded with the largest and heaviest bottle.
The other rollers should be loaded with the same or less load.
Therefore, please make sure that the contact from one roller to the next is not interrupted and that the vessels are in contact.
Optional Special Construction
RollerBottle Enclosure
With the optional Plexiglas enclosure, the bottles or containers are additionally protected.
The unit is completely enclosed in the housing and can be loaded from above.
A socket for the RollerBottle is located inside on the rear wall. When the lid is lifted, the power cuts off automatically.
Of course, the RollerBottle can still be operated independently of the enclosure.

Roller Dimensions
The diameter of one roll is 45.5 mm.
If the rolls are placed directly next to each other, there is 10.5 mm space between the individual rolls.
Measured from the center of the first roll to the center of the second roll is 56 mm.
