The protocol has been programed via PC software. The protocol has been storaged in the Programmable Chip.
There is no need to doany protocol setting process on the machine. This prevents setting errors and makes sure that the target nucleic acid will be amplified properly.

When the Programmable Chip is  placed  into  the  port,  the MiniTurbo will recognize it automatically.
