IsoFreeze Rack Purple
These sample storage boxes change color when a certain temperature range is reached. The gel in which the tubes are embedded changes from puple to pink (cold (purple), warm (pink)). At 7°C, the color changes so you can use this indicator to determine when the temperature of the rack or even a single well rises above the normal cooling temperature.
Each rack comes with an individual snap-on lid made of transparent polypropylene.
Note:
For optimum performance, IsoFreeze racks must be frozen at -20°C for at least 8 hours before use.
The cooling time depends on the ambient temperature.
