UV-C Emitters for Lamp Series AR
The built-in UVC tubes in the AR series have an average service life – or operational lifespan – of 16.000 operating hours. Although the actual burn time is approximately 25.000 hours, the effectiveness is no longer guaranteed beyond 16.000 hours. Additionally, the burn time is reduced by approximately one hour per switching cycle.
Since UV measuring instruments usually have different spectral sensitivities, absolute radiation intensity readings in mW/cm² are not always directly comparable. However, the relative drop in power can be measured very effectively this way, and it should be less than 35%.
