Taken with IVIS Lumina and FLECT/CT.
The IVIS Lumina uses a photograph as anatomical evidence of the fluorescence activity in the sample, while the InSyTe generates an X-ray image.
The same mouse is used in both systems.  A fluorophore fills one end of the catheter.
InSyTe requires about 3 minutes for a 2D reflection scan.  IVIS takes about 1 minute.
