Nutzen Sie die Vorteile dieser preiswerten Automatisierung, egal welches real-time PCR oder Sample-Prep System Sie bereits verwenden. Wir kennen dieses System wie unsere eigene Westentasche und stehen Ihnen selbstverständlich auch bei der Wartung zur Seite.
- Auch für den kleinen Probendurchsatz. Hochpräzise und reproduzierbar durch integriertes „Level Sensing“ werden alle Probenformate von der 96er Platte bis hin zu speziellen Sonderformaten im High Speed Modus pipettiert.
- Durch verschiedene Filterspitzen werden Volumina zwischen 1 und 100 µl exakt vorgelegt. Der CAS-1200 bietet höchste Sicherheit vor Pipettierfehlern und Verwechslungen und ist durch seine besonders übersichtliche Software für jeden Anwender ohne längere Trainingsphase einsetzbar.
- Für die Standard und Real-Time PCR liegen bereits fertige Pipettiermodule vor. Das Ändern bzw. Neueingeben von Reagenzien und Volumina erfolgt in Sekunden über die „Wysiwyg“ –Software. Funktionen wie Normalisierung und Sample Pooling sind nur einige der vielfältigen Möglichkeiten des CAS-1200.
- Verdünnungsreihen für Standards sind stufenlos wählbar, gleichzeitig können bis zu 12 Mastermixes parallel vorbereitet werden.
- Das System erstellt vor dem Pipettieren einen „Pre-Run Report“, in dem alle Arbeitsschritte und Volumina einzeln aufgeführt werden. Treten während des Pipettierablaufs irgendwelche Abweichungen auf (z.B. ein Reagenzium geht zur Neige) gibt der CAS-1200 im „Post-Run“ Report die Art und das genaue Volumen des Fehlers an und pipettiert es auf Wunsch genau in die richtigen Positionen nach.
