SensiMix One-Step has been developed for use on all non-capillary baseed gene-expression systems and is suitable for gene-specific probe methods and Sybr Green methods.
The versatility of SensiMix One-Step enables the user to achieve hihgly reproducible results across a wide range of template concentrations.
SensiMix One-Step is provided as a 2x mix and contains components which are designed to prevent the formation of primer-dimers, which often interfere with accurate detection of low-copy products.

The combination of reagents in a single tube minimises reaction set-up and contamination risk.
SensiMix One-Step uses a combination of a highly stable reverse-transcriptase and a heat-activated DNA polyerase which allows cDNA synthesis and subsequent polymerisation to be performed in a single step, using gene-specific primers and total or poly (A) RNA.
SensiMix One-Step displays unsurpassed reproducibility and has been optimised for high-sensitivity applications where the template may be limiting. RNase Inhibitor is provided to ensure high quality intact RNA template, essential for successful cDNA synthesis.
A separate Sybr Green tube is supplied for optional use with this product. For final optimisation, an additional 50 mM MgCI2 stock solution is also supplied to enable the user to vary the concentration if desired.

2x Reaction Buffer
SensiMix (dU)
This universal kit is suited to laboratories where the risk of cary-over contamination is greater (e.g. where DNA amplification and reaction set up occur in close proximity). Such risk can be minimised using the separate Uracil DNA Glycosylase (UNG), tube provided.
A separate Sybr Green tube is supplied for optional use with this product. For final optimisation, an additional 50 mM MgCI2 stock solution is also supplied to enable the user to vary the concentration if desired.
