This compact personal machine is a unique combination of high speed 15 000 RPM (15 000G) table centrifuge and tunable mixer in one device. Just forget those boring procedures of taking out and putting in the series of Eppendorf tubes or PCR tube strip to mix your samples then spin them down in order to mix them again. Use your time for something more creative than mechanical work!
With the new CM50M centrifuge-mixer all you need is just to place your samples in the rotor and start the machine in one of the inbuilt SP modes. The device will mix and automatically spin down your samples with demanded intensity and speed as many times as necessary.
SP modes simplifies your experiments, makes them more reproducible by standardizing mixing parameters, economizes your time and removes risks of mistakes. The machine can be used as a standard centrifuge or as a standard mixer. Just set the demanded centrifugation speed or mixing intensity and the CM50M centrifuge-mixer will do the rest.

Sample preparation mode is performing a simple and effective spin-mix-spin sequence. Cycle consists of variable strength vortexing and 2000 rpm (260 rcf) centrifugation to wash down the samples from edges of test tube. User can adjust vortexing strength and duration of the program for preparation of different samples from sensitive cells-cultures, samples for PCR reactions, gel electrophoresis, enzyme reactions up to difficultly dissolving and lyophilized samples with maximum efficiency. This function allows to achieve excellent results working with small volumes of samples, making the whole process more accurate, faster, cheaper and very convenient.
